Location. The AKA Resort Hua Hin is nestled within the valley and beaches five kilometers outside Hua Hin, Thailand. The hotel is eight kilometers from Hua Hin Airport. This resort rests against a gentle hillside and is fringed by mountains and natural lakes.

Hotel Features. The AKA Resort Hua Hin was designed with traditional Thai and contemporary elements complementing Hua Hin's original city design as a worry free sanctuary for the Thai Royal Family. The resort features teak floors, contemporary furnishings and on site spa facilities. Spa services include massages in open air treatment salons with outdoor sunken baths and garden shower enclosures. The resort includes an outdoor infinity pool, sun beds and sun decks featuring traditional Thai parasols. The resort offers a jogging trail, and tour and excursion programs. Shopping opportunities at the resort include a boutique and gift shop. Business services, a conference center and function space are available. The hotel offers currency exchange and transportation to the airport via private car. The hotel offers several dining options, including modern European cuisine, fine wine and afternoon tea.

Guestrooms. Guestrooms at the AKA Resort Hua Hin are one and two bedroom poolside villas featuring individual private infinity pools accessed from double patio doors. Villas are accessed through a private garden and pond area with foot bridges. In room safes are provided. Rooms are equipped with satellite television. Rooms include minibars and refrigerators. Bathrooms include garden shower enclosures, bathtubs and bathrobes.

Expert Tip. The Royal Thai King's palace is located in central Hua Hin and is remnant of old Siam.

Gala Dinners:

The hotel hosts gala dinners on December 24 and December 31. All guests are charged for the dinners whether or not they attend. Fees for the dinners are collected by the hotel at check in.
