Location. Spread over two separate groups of villas built in traditional Costa Smerelda style, the Colonna Resort Country & Sporting Club is a Mediterranean resort located within 900 metres of the beach and Porto Cervo Marina. Olbia Airport is 32 kilometres away and can be reached in approximately 40 minutes by car.
Hotel Features. The resort's 'Country' villas are built around two outdoor pools and surrounded by lush greenery, while the 'Sporting' villas are sited by the third pool and the parkland's sports area. A kids' club and a separate splash pool are provided for younger guests. In the evening, drinks and live music are offered in La Pergola bar. Further amenities include airport transfers (surcharge) and a multilingual concierge service. A complimentary shuttle bus runs to the beaches of Golfo Pevero.
The Colonna Resort houses the modern La Pizzetta restaurant, which overlooks the pool and serves traditional Sardinian and Italian dishes, while the lobby bar offers snacks, drinks and light refreshments.
The resort offers two floodlit tennis courts, which are also used for volleyball and football, a fitness room, jogging trail and mountain bikes for exploring the local area.
Guestrooms. The 70 guestrooms feature traditional, Mediterranean style decor and come equipped with satellite television, direct dial phones, minibars and bathrooms with showers and complimentary toiletries.
Expert Tip.La Maddalena, located 30 kilometres from the hotel is the largest of the seven islands making up the Archipelago della Maddalena. A popular holiday destination, the island is home to a charming town and is renowned for its beaches.

Getting there. The easiest way to reach the hotel from the airport is by car or taxi, costing approximately 55 EUR.
Driving directions. From the airport, turn left and continue along the SS125 for approximately ten kilometres. At the roundabout, take the first exit and continue along the SP73. After approximately seven kilometres, turn right onto the SP94. Continue for ten kilometres, turn right onto the SP59 and pass through Golfo del Pevero. Continue straight on and then take the third exit, signposted for Porto Cervo Marina/Cala Granu. After 500 metres, turn left towards Cala Granu/Cala del Faro. Continue for 400 metres to the hotel.
