Located in the middle of a large, well kept nature conversation park, the Hunguest Hotel Helios can be found in Heviz, a small, picturesque Hungarian town that feels like a village but is one of Europe's major spa destinations. H�v�z is also one of Europe's largest natural thermal lakes, and is well known for its natural beauty and therapeutic qualities. Surrounded by trees, the lake's high mineral content water rarely drops below 85 degrees, providing a thoroughly invigorating environment similar to relaxing in a flotation tank.
Situated 5000 m from the lake, the Hunguest Hotel Helios is housed in two buildings, Anna and Benjamin, which are connected by a heated walkway. The main building, Hotel Anna, provides 150 double rooms and 12 suites. Each room includes air conditioning, ensuite bathroom with tub, balcony, TV, minibar, telephone and safe. Hotel Benjamin offers 42 double rooms, two single rooms and four triple rooms equipped with shower, toilet, TV, minibar, telephone and safe. Bathrobe use is free of charge.
The hotel has its own medical centre, special staff and indoor thermal pool, and numerous spa services and health treatments are provided. The hotel includes two restaurants that offer international and dietetic dishes. Other hotel services are free coffee and cake for tea in the afternoon, lobby bar with live music in the evenings, hotel safe, dentist, souvenir shop, parking lot, bike rental, petanque, garden chess, programme organising, children's playground and outdoor kiddie pool. Conference rooms are available to accommodate up to 120 people.
