Location. The Iliada Beach Hotel is located in the resort of Gouvia, Corfu, 10 metres from a pebble beach and Gouvia bay. Corfu Town is seven kilometres away and the airport six kilometres away.
Hotel Features. The Iliada Beach Hotel is a beachfront residence located in two modern white buildings surrounded by gardens and palms. The hotel's restaurant offers dining with a sea view and there is a bar serving cocktails and other beverages. Staff at the 24 hour reception can advise on local attractions and there is a safe deposit box available.
The Iliada Beach Hotel's onsite restaurant, Nafsika, serves Greek and Italian dishes, and offers a weekly barbecue. There is also a snack bar where a complimentary daily buffet breakfast is served. The half board rate includes buffet breakfast and dinner.
The onsite marina has boating, fishing and jet skiing available. Bicycles and scooters can be rented and guests can make use of the swimming pool at the Omiros Hotel, 100 metres away.
Guestrooms. The 54 air conditioned guestrooms have Swedish wood furniture and balconies overlooking the gardens or the sea. Amenities include satellite television, direct dial phones and private bathrooms. Half board rates are available.
Expert tip. Achillion Palace, 17 kilometres from the hotel, was built in the 1890s for Empress Elizabeth of Austria niece of King Otto of Greece and features breathtakingly ornate interiors.

From Corfu Airport (CFU):
Distance to Iliada Beach Hotel is 6 kilometres, approximately 20 minutes' drive.
Getting there. Taxis from the airport cost approximately 18 EUR to Gouvia. Prices are all subject to change.
Getting around. Scooters and bicycles are available for hire at the hotel. Buses run from Corfu Town to destinations throughout the island. A car is recommended for exploring more of Corfu, including the beaches, coves and smaller villages. Ferries and boat excursions to Italy and Greece are available from Corfu Town's port.
Driving directions. From the airport, take the road towards the bay of Garitsa.
Continue along the seafront and then at the crossroads, turn right (north)
Follow Paleokastritsa main road and after approximately 6 kilometres, enter Gouvia.
Turn right at Spiti Prifti apartments and then left into Gouvia.
The hotel is 200 metres on the right.
