Novotel Cannes Montfleury is situated in a park on California Hill on the picturesque French Riviera, just 700 metres from the famous beachside Boulevard de la Croisette, and 1.5 from the Palais des Festivals, home to the Film Festival. The 182 air conditioned guestrooms are located on four floors and feature Mediterranean colours with wood furnishings. All offer balconies with views of California Hills or the gardens, cable television with pay movies, direct dial phones with voicemail, wireless Internet access (surcharge), minibars, complimentary newspapers and safes. Bathrooms have telephones, baths, showers and complimentary toiletries.
The hotel offers two dining options: L'Olivier is a Provencal style restaurant with a modern atmosphere and menu of Mediterranean cuisine, while Bar Le Danang, serves a wide choice of drinks, as well as snacks such as salads, burgers and pizzas, and has an entertainment programme including live jazz and piano music. Guests can practice their serves on the tennis courts, and soak up the Riviera sun beside the outdoor pool (surcharge on sun beds during July and August) with a refreshing drink from the poolside bar, while children enjoy in their own separate pool. There is a free shuttle bus to the city centre and beach, and during the evenings the hotel has a live entertainment programme (July and August only) including cabaret, live jazz and karaoke. The hotel is in an excellent position for exploring the surrounding area; Cannes old town, Suquet, is two kilometres away, while the museums and concert hall in Nice are 32 kilometres distance. Nice International Airport is 27 kilometres from the hotel, around 30 minutes by car.

SNCF national train services run to/from the airport every 30 minutes from Cannes Gare St Laurent du Var, which is 1.5 kilometres from the hotel. Buses also run from the airport to Cannes city centre. Taxis are readily available and charge around 80 EUR to the hotel; taxi stands are located outside both terminals. Motorway tolls may be added to the fare. Cannes can be explored on foot or by bus, and a hire car is recommended for exploring further afield.
Driving directions: From the airport join the A8 motorway and take exit 42. Head for the city centre and then Boulevard Carnot. At the end of Boulevard Carnot turn left in the direction of Antibes. At the first traffic lights turn left, then take the first right and follow signs to the hotel.
